Paying in FCFA or euros, online courses, custom projects: here are the answers to the questions we're asked most often.
Payment
How do I pay in FCFA with Orange Money or Wave?
On the purchase page, choose Orange Money or Wave, send the amount shown to the number displayed, note the transaction reference (it's in the confirmation SMS), then fill in the "I've paid" form. A video tutorial is available on the "Pay with Orange Money or Wave" page.
How long until I get my access?
Orange Money and Wave payments are checked by hand, within 24 to 48 hours. You then receive the access link by email — check your spam folder too. With a card payment, access is sent automatically.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Courses and digital products can also be paid in euros by card, through Gumroad. Use the same email address as for the Academy: access opens automatically.
Why are there two prices, in FCFA and in euros?
Courses have an FCFA price for West Africa (Orange Money, Wave) and a euro price for card payments. For custom services, FCFA amounts are indicative conversions (€1 = 655.957 FCFA); the exact price is in your quote.
Where do I use a promo code?
On the Orange Money / Wave purchase page, in the "Have a promo code?" box. The amount to send is recalculated straight away.
Online courses
How does a course work?
Each course has 6 modules. In each module: a short subtitled video, the written lesson, a PDF to keep, 3 hands-on exercises and a quiz. You go at your own pace, on phone or computer.
What language are the courses in?
French: videos, lessons, PDFs and quizzes. The website is also available in Spanish and English, but the course content is in French.
How do I log in to the Academy?
With the email address used for your purchase. You receive a login link by email — no password to remember.
How long does my access last?
Your access has no end date: go at your own pace and come back to the modules whenever you like.
Can I ask questions during the course?
Yes, in each module's questions area. You get an instant answer from the Academy assistant; if it doesn't help, the trainer takes over.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. The certificate of completion is issued once all modules are finished and all quizzes passed (at least 4 correct answers out of 5).
Custom projects and quotes
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form, or message us on WhatsApp or by email. Quotes are free and with no commitment; we reply within 24 hours.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the project. The timeline is stated clearly in your quote, before we start.
How is a project paid?
Payment terms (milestones, payment method) are set out in the quote, before we start.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Support is included after delivery; how long depends on the service and is stated in the quote.

Do you work with clients in Mali and in Europe?
Yes. We work fully remotely, for entrepreneurs in West Africa and Europe.
Which languages do you work in?
French, Spanish and English for projects and communication. The online courses are in French.
